Peer Support Services: Improving the Parenthood Journey
Part of the Presidential Management Agenda, co-led a 35-person team that launched a National pilot across 6 communities in less than 8 months applying human-centered design, agile product management and customer engagement strategies.
recoverCOVID.org: Helping the Nation Heal from Long COVID
Led a 25-person, cross-functional team during the height of the pandemic to design and deliver a communication and product platform for the National Institutes of Health’s $1.15B RECOVER Initiative.
We Think Twice: Designed with Teens, by Teens
Led a 14-person, cross-functional team through a 0-1 effort, including discovery, implementation, and optimization of a National social media campaign focused on goal setting and poverty prevention.
Inclusive Design and Beyond: Building Equity in Digital Services
Served on the U.S. Digital Service’s inaugural DEIA Council and established an Equity Practice. Involved curating best practices and coaching project teams on how to develop more equitable, accessible products and services.
A Qualitative Study: Supporting Black, Latino & Rural Caregivers
Led an 8-member team to better understand caregiver needs supporting children experiencing mental health and learning challenges. Identified information-seeking journeys and engagement opportunities while testing digital parenting resources.
Mobile Money Tools: Modernizing Financial Education Resources
Led a cross-functional team to translate print-based resources into interactive mobile tools. Applied an Agile, sprint-based process to develop and test multiple prototypes with United Way of North Carolina and Dress for Success in NW Arkansas.
